Combining the challenge of designing a modern kitchen in a turn-of-the-
twentieth-century house with the duality of a kosher kitchen makes for
some unique problems to be solved.  Kosher just doesn't mean two sinks!
Designing for the dietary needs of the Jewish faith requires not only a
thorough understating of the traditions and laws, but the sensitivity that
goes along with understanding that everyone’s interpretation of Kashrut,
the Jewish dietary laws, can be different.
